Bonnye Mousiamas' Custom Villa
I own a lot in the exclusive master planned gated community Castle Pines Village. I asked Jake to work with me in all the aspects of designing and building our new home. He worked with the architect until an outstanding "Old World Quality" was accomplished to fulfill the needs of each family member. Jake built this home from the ground up and create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece overlooking the mountains. He brought his European craftsmanship to every room in this extraordinary 9,000 square foot home. My family and I say thank you Jake for an impressive home that exceeded our expectations! Our home consists of a grand foyer with 15 foot ceilings, an elevator to all floors, oversized chef's kitchen, living room, luxurious master suite with study, oversized great room, 2 built-in media cabinets, morning room, dining room, 2nd master suite with bathroom, 6 extraordinary fireplaces, 2-1/2 baths, home theater, wine cellar, wet bar, computer room, 3 bedrooms with private baths, 4-1/2 car garage and much much more.

David Kim's Remodel
In the summer of 2009, we had an idea to make an addition onto our home. We searched for a company that could handle everything we needed - planning, demolition, framing, exterior, and interior. We were referred to Jake by a couple of co-workers who have been very pleased with his work. We are extremely happy with Jake. He is very responsive and always wants to make sure he does a good job. He has a core group of other very capable contractors that he works with. Jake coordinates all the resources and plans the project well. He listens and also brings ideas and options to us. He is a craftsman and maintains a high degree of integrity and pride in his work. We look forward to completing our project with Jake soon.

Niki Shah's Basement

My husband and I enjoyed having Jake finish our beautiful basement. Jake spent countless hours going above and beyond to make our design of the basement exactly what our family envisioned. His expertise guided us in adding much needed space and functionality to our basement. Our son says Jake gave us a "new home" in our basement... it is so true. Jake was 100% committed in our project and we are so thankful for all the hard work and dedication.

Family Room: Jake and his team were able to provide the framework for an expert integration of sound and visual systems for an amazing entertainment system! The recessed speakers and hidden subwoofer are visually quite appealing.

Bar: Jake assisted us in creating the bar, backdrop, and provided very helpful suggestions to incorporate appliances in the walk-behind bar.

Kids Room: The shelving and desks for the kids were fantastic and keep their things so organized! An area for tile is great for when the kids use paints or clay. So easy to clean up!

Workout Room: We were able to get event more storage and closet space by adding an additional room for a treadmill and flat screen along with audio feed from our entertainment center.

Bathroom: Beautifully done and guests love it!

Pat and Kristin's Basement
We chose to hire Jake to finish our basement after seeing the results of his work in our neighbor's house. We have been extremely pleased with his creative ideas and quality construction. His design ideas far exceeded our hopes and expectations. The finished product is really beautiful.

Greg Hegemann's Basement
The basement was about 1000 square feet. This was completely finished as well as additional tile flooring in all other bathrooms and entry to the garage. The basement included a custom theater setup and bar that was fairly involved. It was all completed and we have been very satisfied in general and have enjoyed the space very much with our family this past 5+ years. We tried to do some additional painting ourselves, but we did not complete it to Jake's satisfaction so it was a good idea to have it retouched by his people. We also put in something uncommon which was the installation of a "hidden door" bookcase. We also were able to complete a look that minimized the fact that we were hiding ductwork with the drywall ceiling work and including lighting with mouldings.

John Song's Basement
Jake recently finished our 1,400 square foot basement and we could not be more pleased with the results. We now have a wonderful family space that we enjoy every day. Jake is an Old World master craftsman whose attention to detail made the fit and finish of the basement surpass our expectations. Jake is extremely hard-working, pleasant to deal with, and very flexible. If a problem arises, his answer is almost always, "No problem." Having dealt with other builders in the past, I found working with Jake an extremely stress-free process. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
